Manny Anguiano
CEO & Owner
Manny, the founder and CEO of Convergent Networks, finds fulfillment in helping individuals and businesses realize their potential, using technology as a tool to see this untapped possibility. Manny loves a good challenge, and he cares deeply for the team in which he gets to collaborate. Manny’s ‘why’ is driven by his family, his clients, and by his resilience in finding ways to make technology more efficient and valuable to businesses.
Manny is a lifelong resident of California where he studied at the University of Southern California. While there, he spent time playing varsity baseball and was also involved in the Latino Business Student Association. In his free time, Manny prioritizes quality time with his family and wife.
Adam Anguiano
Chief Operations Officer (COO)
Adam is the Chief Operating Officer at Convergent Networks, where he oversees all aspects of Convergent Networks' operations, including but not limited to; project management, resource allocation, and quality assurance. His proactive approach to problem-solving and his ability to foster collaboration have been instrumental in streamlining operations and achieving business objectives.
Adam is driven by a curiosity of innovative technology and telecommunications solutions. He has a keen eye for strategic planning and has played a pivotal role in driving the company's operational excellence and growth initiatives. Adam's career journey has been defined by a relentless pursuit of efficiency and excellence. Prior to joining Convergent Networks, he held key leadership positions in various technology firms, where he honed his skills in optimizing processes and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Adam loves to spend his time sharpening his crafts in welding, wood-working and various other hobbies that will aid him and his girlfriend’s dream of owning a ranch.
